In 2001, Web Submission Services launched a tutorial
membership that was packed with SEO tips, strategies, tools, resources
and much more in the attempt to help others learn the top ranking
tips that help us gain top positions for many websites each year. 

Because the tutorial and membership took hours each
day to maintain and update, we are sad to say that we are no longer
able to offer the membership but excited to say a lot of the updated
information can now be found within this site itself.

We were ecstatic to know that our membership helped

I must say that I was thinking I may learn ONE new thing from your
site, but after only the very first section, I learned a lot more
than that. I am optimizing a client’s site and immediately used
the information you have on KEI and really followed your steps to
see that my gut feeling on a key phrase was right, and it was much
more popular than the one suggested by the site owner.  I was
able to show him concrete findings on it, and at that moment I became
the “expert”.

I then used another hint further along on finding places to submit,
and was able to submit his site to very specific directories and
sites that were relevant to his business.  I even found places
with his old link from two web sites ago, you know, those free ones
that business owners sometimes think are fantastic, and was able
to get the web masters to change to the new link.  He is so
happy with my efforts, he has been recommending me already to other
site owners, even though his site has not yet moved up in ranking! 
He knows it will, as do I.

I am continuing on in this program with your blessing, and I am
truly truly impressed with the depth of information and the explanations
that are geared to real people, not tech-heads.  I am digesting
a little at a time, and I may even try your “doorway”
method for his site.  Then I will be taking all of this and
applying it to my new site design.  I rank very high but I
want to be higher!  And I know that I will find a few more
“gems” here in these pages.

Hi Dawn,

We have been busy implementing changes before the googlebot showed
up.  Googlebot is pulling our pages now, so far about 1,000
in 8 hours and we hope will crawl all 15,000 plus.  We feel
very good about the money we spent for this consultation, as we
have gained some good insight from your review. In particular, the
xenu spider has revealed some site structure issues that we corrected
in time before googlebot showed up, and we think this may be significant. 
We are anxious to see the results at the next update later this
month.

When I first began visiting the Search Engine Marketing 101 web
site, I was completely amazed by all of the incredible materials
available.  There were so many things to consider that I had
never before considered.  I knew that SEO was a complicated
task, but really did not know how truly complex optimization is.
